Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or high-volume promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout. Shirtvora has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
If an order is refused at customs and returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
You can track your order anytime via our Order Tracking page or directly through the carrier's portal.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product size, warehouse availability, or carrier requirements. You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what was shown at checkout. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@shirtvora.com.
We will do our best to update the address before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes. Shirtvora is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your building's mailroom or front desk
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
- Wait 3 business days, as carriers occasionally update tracking prematurely

Damaged Items During Shipping
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shirtvora.com with:

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.

No. All non-electric bidet attachments and handheld sprayers connect to your existing cold water supply line using the included T-valve — no electricity, no drilling, no professional required. Check that all connections are hand-tightened firmly — the T-valve at the supply line, the hose connections at both ends, and the bidet inlet fitting. Do not overtighten as this can crack fittings. Yes. All Shirtvora products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
