Common Questions
Where is my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Email us immediately at support@shirtvora.com with your order number.
My item arrived damaged or with missing parts. What do I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.
Can I return a bidet after installing it? No — installed or used hygiene products are not eligible for return for sanitary reasons, unless they arrived defective or incorrect. Uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Will this bidet fit my toilet? Most models fit standard two-piece and one-piece toilets. Please check the compatibility notes in the specifications section of the product page before purchasing. If you are unsure, email us with your toilet model and we will advise.
What size hole does the soap dispenser need? Most models require a standard 1-3/8 inch (35mm) sink hole. The exact size is listed in the specifications section of each product page.
